They were quick to respond to my needs, and they kept us up to date on all of the processes. They were very easy to work with.
The company damaged the house throughout the process of mitigation and is taking weeks to provide the insurance with the report, continuing to delay the process.
They were supposed to show up on Monday. They never called. I had to call them. They made it on a Tuesday. I made a reservation to leave the home and stay somewhere. The manager over the company said he would pay for Monday night since they didn't call or show.
I did not like how they were handling my furniture and personal items.
