I thought they were great.
They need to listen to their customer. The customer is not the insurance company. I need to be listened to, and I don't care who is paying you. The people did fine. There was just an issue of authority.
They workers were excellent and professional. Their supervisor (Tammy) was very efficient and helpful.
Tiffany the project manager was Johnny on the spot. Once they got involved, it kept rolling. The crews that came in were friendly, professional, and thorough.

Excellent communication, staff is polite knowledgeable and very respectful. Dealing with a damaged home is traumatic, but having such a great team made it so much easier for me. Restoration is the best! Highly recommend.
