I was pleased. They did a great job. They always answered the phone whether it was the weekend, early in the morning, or late at night. They were very accessible. That was nice because they do things when there is an emergency, so it was very nice that they were so attentive via the phone.
Restoration Management Company stepped in quickly when we had a dishwasher disaster in our kitchen. They quickly got things under control, and helped us get our house back into shape.

From other people, they specialize in things, but it's not what I expected.
They should've told me that they don't do the restoration and that some other party would put them back in.
Over two years and still not finished with restoration. Some contractors better than others. Some shortcuts and some of the work was shoddy and poor quality. Contractors not vetted very well.
