This place CHANGED MY LIFE! In a matter of weeks Kevin and the staff totally resolved my pain. My only regret is that I didn't go sooner! The whole staff is wonderful and friendly, they really worked with my schedule, and did a great job educating me on what they were doing and why. I can't say enough good things about them. I am a past patient of Highlands Office. I gave them a bad review and I am now locked out of accessing a response made from my review to email or call them. I have made a response to BBB as well. I was told in September I had 25 visits. I went to 11 and insurance paid 8. I paid my copays and now RP says Owe them $1600. Insurance will not respond and RP doesnt give a damn
RecommendedI recommend Results to a degree. The staff was great until they weren’t. My pain is in mandibular condyle, or TMJ. This pain is hard to measure because of how severe my case is. It’s on both sides of my face. My Dr recommended Results for mind and body restoration because Results was suppose to be a ‘different’ type of PT. It is not...Having this pain is difficult to manage and describe. Kevin had worked with me 1 day a week for about 6 months. The “survey” that they require you to fill out for more visits was unusual for me... read more

The website says they offer walk-ins and that they are open until 6:30. After not getting a call back, I went at 5:00 and they were closed. Don't count on the hours being correct. It's a bigger issue when you are unable to drive and depending on others to drive you.
