Thier office is great and have very polite and nice people working there... The Physical Therapist I met and who helped me yesterday was awesome.
The therapists are great, the front desk staff are awful enough to make me want to never go back. Drove all the way there to be told my appointment was canceled by the person that works up front, despite a confirmation phone call the day prior.

I've been being treated here for the better part of a year. 2-3 times a week and always pay exactly what they ask after every session. Every now and again I owe a little extra that ins. didnt pay. no problem. well yesterday late afternoon I get an email telling me I owe over $700 and will not be seen again until its paid. my next appt was in a little over 12 hours.
