Coordinating installation with Anthony was extremely efficient, informative and friendly!! I’m extremely pleased with the arrangements we made together. Michael was the epitome of professional service and provided very thoughtful and helpful advice as to complete protection and security. Both Anthony and Michael are exemplary in their professionalism and their courteous and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend and will do so whenever possible.

Mike was as professional as they come. He kept us informed of what he was installing as well as how it worked. He made eye contact and he was pleasant. I would recommend Mike to anyone requiring an ADT installation.

Do not recommend! Do not fall for the “Did the sellers let you know we would be stopping by? They upgraded your system for you” BS lol Nothing provided makes the cost makes sense in my eyes. You can buy all of these items individually and have the same security tools essentially, there are 3rd party services you can get if you like the agent accessibility. One of the technicians who installed the system, dented our dryer. They left without mentioning it. We learned later he had been fired for other reasons. We still have questions about system operations. Also, I can't log into my account, even using my email and correct password.
Your guy took it a camcorder and they removed without consent
We had a great experience with the rep and the tech. Both were informative and super patient and professional.
