The office staff was very pleasant and professional. They follow the Covid guidelines and I did not feel uncomfortable in anyway going into their office. I loved Dr. JoAnn Richichi. She explains everything in detail and made me feel at ease. The whole procedure was painless and was on my way out the door without any discomfort! I highly recommend this office❣️

Everyone has always been very pleasant here. And I think more so now. My wait time was very reasonable. I sat in the hallway while waiting. That one thing helped to make me feel safer during this trying time. The segregation of “clean” and “dirty” pens was also a great touch.
