RecommendedI went to Revive spa for a consultation. Sonia greeted me. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Cindy gave me a tour of the spa and the rooms were very modern and had a relaxing atmosphere. Since this was my first time going to a aesthetic spa, Miranda counseled me on the different procedures on what would make my skin better. I chose to do a tummy tightening procedure. Recommended RecommendedI wish I could give no stars. Please do yourself a favor, do not use this Med spa. I received a stomach injection the end of November. The injection severely blistered(injected too superficial), the skin died/turned black, and it turns out they injected a vein which caused a large hematoma(per the wound care Dr). I was required to attend weekly wound care appointments through March. I had to change my dressing on the wound 1-2x a day. Buyer beware! This is not a reputable business. Do not trust Sonya (the nurse practitioner) who does the injections. She injected a syringe of Juvederm in my lips. After the swelling went down, there was a deep crease in the skin above one side of my lip (it was not there before). Additionally, the right side of my upper lip was bigger than the left side.
