Always very efficient!! When you call they are always pleasant and answer all your questions! Once you visit for your appointment they go above and beyond to help you! I’ve had my taxes done by Brenner for more than 15 years. We even have a Family member that we recommended and they have gone here for years as well! Refunds received in a couple of weeks!!
I was not informed price of taxes to be done til I received email with an insane price that needed to be paid. I think accountant should have gone over and reviewed cost before sending surprise bill
I paid $240.00 on 3/14/2022 for a short form (only 4peices of paper). I am retired senior 71yrs old. Last year I paid $150.00 I feel this was way expensive and I cannot afford these prices. I will not re commend anyone with these prices. I am totally satisfied with Brian Kelly because he has been preparing my taxes for over 7yrsm.
