Keep their rates reasonable (maybe a 5% increase annually, rather than a 20% increase all at once!! Also, this unreasonable increase was done without prior notice!)

This is 2 years in a row I was blindsided with over payments to the IRS. After years being with him I finally fired him. And to think I paid $280 for this EXPERT advise.
