First of all, the office needs a receptionist so the preparer doesn't have to answer the phones. Then the tax program should work properly so the preparer doesn't have to call for help multiple times during the session. Then finally when the preparer asks you to leave your paperwork with them till the computer glitch is fixed, your financial papers should be there when you go to get them, not put in another customers envelope.
