Easy to Communicate With Rhiley was informative without being pushy. I got a basic text message which I chose to respond to and it started the process rolling which was very easy to follow with his guidance.
Fantastic service Rhiley was great to work with and super responsive and fast. From the beginning to end he was available and knowledgeable and answered all questions I had.
Very professional and prompt Rhiley left me a text to update me on the falling interest rates since I already have a home loan through Royal United. The new loan allowed some cash out and dropped 3 years off the payback term for the current loan for about the same monthly payment as the interest rates had dropped about 2 points. Thank you to Rhiley for all your kindness and hard work put into our new loan and thank you to Royal United for choosing employees such as Rhiley.
