Rhonda and BBMC did a great job getting my loan approved and funded. I gave them every possible challenage to work through, IRS issue, self employement income, Rental home income, etc. Pretty much everything a lender has trouble approving. Rhonda was able to work through each challange one at a time and in the end we closed the loan. I tried giving up on the refi several times but she always came back with a solution that gave me hope. They did a great job!

I started working with Rhonda through a referral from a friend and I'm extremely happy I did. I know I needed to refinance my condo (because of my high-interest rate) but I was unsure about the process, though the closing costs would be too expensive and was a bit intimidated by it all.
