The pre-telehealth call patient check-in experience was a major distraction and removed a lot of value from the goal of tele-health. Lots of slow cumbersome questions with a graphic interface that were repetitive and unnecessary such as asking again, my nationality & marriage status, which have been documented and not relevant to a phone call
