From the first call I made to the service dept was outstanding. The gal was was so helpful and determined to get my jeep fixed for me. The mechanic was so outstanding, I received a text with a video to show me exactly what he did and he even inspected my whole jeep. Knowing I had to drive back to NY he made me feel safe enough to do so. Thank you
Great customer service. So courteous and helpful.
The advisor was unreachable which was problematic and caused a strain on a already stressful situation. We had almost given up until we spoke with the service manager (Gary) who eased the tension. So our expectations didn't quite match up with our experience. The work on the other hand was great. So we are setting in the middle. The customer service was marginal until the service manager stepped in, the work that was done was good. 3 stars Thanks...
