I wanted to take a moment to highlight Rick's outstanding communication throughout the loan process. He has been incredibly proactive, sending emails, text messages, and making phone calls at every stage to keep both myself and my buyer fully informed. His approach has been incredibly professional, and his deep knowledge of the process, combined with his ability to present clear options, has empowered my buyer to make the best possible decision for their needs lowering their payment by over $400.00 per month.
