We traveled 30 miles through a storm to be there then to be told that the attorney presenter was too busy to come -because of his wife. - Instead we watched a video presentation. Why not offer a zoom meeting so we can watch a presentation in the comfort of our own home without additional expense and hassle? We didn’t come for a free meal -we came because we have a relatively large estate which we wanted to know if your firm was the right fit. Upfront or any range of costs were not available.
