We had a bad experience with Chase so we decided to switch lender and our realtor recommended Rick. That’s the best decision we’ve ever made to switch to him. After receiving an estimate from Preferred Rate, I decided to shop other lenders rates. Then when asking questions, I was given double-speak and nonsense. The lender then laughed at questions, instead of giving answers, totally disrespecting me.
