I worked with Richard during the month of December 2025, I referred the first time buyer to him. And from day, one, his professionalism, prompt service and experience with working with new buyers was off the chart wonderful! The transaction itself had many twists and turns, and Richard was there every step of the way. And we were able to close comfortably and easily on time.
