He and his team went above and beyond . There was a lot of challenges with this loan and they exceeded all expectations. I don't believe that anyone else could have handled this with sure professionalism, speed, kindness and understanding of the position we found our selves in during the process. We were always kept in the loop and our feelings always taken into consideration. Rich was very knowledge about the loan program and we will be referring him and his office to our friends.
