Major lack of communication, especially when you work for/with the actual mortgage company, and they have no idea of the intent to refinance. While I understand we were not the only clients that you were working with at the time, it seemed as though we were told one thing only to have it changed in the next correspondence, pushed to the back of the line if you will. Perhaps we weren't as important, monetary wise as some of your other clients, but we shouldn't have felt "less than".
