If I could give Richard and his team 10 stars, I would! Run, do no walk ,to have him help you with your mortgage needs. I am a sole proprietor and my refi was a little tricky especially due to covid affecting my business' income. I went to multiple brokers but none were able to get me over the finish line. But Richard went the extra mile and found a way to make it happen. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Richard works very hard to get the job done. He is relentless, gives great advice and very knowledgeable. We trusted him throughout the entire process and he saved us a couple times with giving the right advice. I just finished a refinance with Richard and he was awesome! Wonderful friendly personality and very knowledgeable.
