When I started in the business many years ago..I came across Richard Robbins training and went to one of his 2 day events in Vancouver and gained a lot of insight and knowledge to help me build my business. It wasn't until going thru this course that I realized where I have probably been modelling how I run my business. My team has commented a number of times saying "we do that" and reconfirming what I have been mentoring them to do over the years. Not to say that we haven't gotten a lot of out this coaching course. Every week Storm has encouraged us to follow the process and even though it is stuff we know to do....we do forget and it was a good reminder of what to prioritize in our business. But we have also learned a great deal, that if we implement we will be sure to improve our business overall..which is the whole point of taking the course. I recommended our office look into Richard Robbins coaching because of the fact he is Canadian and so many coaching companies out there are American based. Yes, things are similar in our markets...but there are also a LOT of differences. It has been a pleasure learning from Storm and to go thru this coaching course these last 10 weeks. I highly recommend their coaching whether you are new in the business or like myself just need a refresher on what to do and tips on how to do things better. Storm was very down to earth and approachable and didn't come off as a know it all, do it my way, kind of person. I can see why Richard has her in the role she is in. Thank you Storm and Richard Robbins for a great course!
