5 Star : My Experience I worked with Jay and Tony for some repairs needed on my car. They were both very honest, nice, considerate, and transparent about what repairs and parts my car needed and what my car did not. I felt it was a relatively fair price for the repairs done and they worked on my car in a very timely fashion. Overall, great experience, very satisfied, this is my go-to repair shop in Dallas.

5 Star : My Experience Royce did a great job keeping me informed about the timing. I did not notice when I drove off that mirrors had been repositioned and the interior light no longer comes on automatically. The repair looks great. He was very patient and professional. Kudos to Richardson Automotive— I’ve used them for years and never disappointed. Thank you!
