0 Star : My Experience The repairs look great, but my car was returned dirty, with flower petals stuck all over it. The person I picked the car up from said "we washed it but uh then it was under a tree, so yeah". Additionally, I was never given an ETA for when my vehicle would be done. I also got passed off from my original account person to a new person who didn't even know what had been repaired on the car but it "looked good".
