RecommendedI absolutely love all of the staff at Richardson Dentistry! I have been a patient for 25 years. The front office staff, hygienists, and dentists are all fabulous to work with. Originally I was referred to them by a co-worker and worked very close to the office so it was convenient to go in for my twice yearly teeth cleanings on my lunch hour. I now live and work 30 minutes away but still go to Richardson Dentistry because they are the best.
RecommendedOur family has been going to Richardson Dentistry for many years. I see Jean when I first arrive, along with all of the other ladies behind the counter. They are always cheerful and make you feel welcome. Kandal has been cleaning my teeth twice a year since we started going to Richardson Dentistry. She is great at her job and the time flies as we catch up. Dr. Guirguis is my dentist and he's wonderful and has such a great chair-side manner. I recommend Richardson Dentistry highly! Sarah Welch

RecommendedDr. Fleming and his assistant Karen were the best. They knew I was nervous and made my visit comfortable. Dr. Fleming is so cool, he was even humming a little bit while getting me taken care of. :-) And might I add I felt no pain. Dr. Fleming at Richardson Dentistry is highly recommended!

I had a great experience at my first appt. I missed my follow up appointment due to my dog passing. I called to reschedule the appt and spoke to "Kim". She was extremely rude an unprofessional. I was completely taken aback.I expressed that I was uncomfortable with how she was speaking to me and she was very dismissive. Honestly a horrible experience. Based on my experience with Kim I would NEVER visit this dentist office again.
Not perform procedures that are not covered under your insurance and then letting you know about it after. Then told its my responsibility to know my coverage. These office folks are rude and act like money is most important. They will when the battle and get the payment, loose the war and loose a patient. Hopefully, more than just me. Check your bill and procedures, cant be trusted.
