I had r&r represent me for an auto accident. I do not recommend them at all. They do not treat you like family as they claim on their advertisements. When I questioned chuck richardson on what they will do for me, he told me to “go see my doctor and get a sleep aid because it seems that I’m not sleeping very well” and still did not answer my question. They refused to take it to trial and told me that if we go to trial then they would charge a higher percentage then the 33 1/3 %. When time came to accept the settlement offer ... read more

I’d like them more if they weren’t dumb enough to have an attorney who endorses against one of our elected officials. Seems stupid for a firm to be so political. If they’re that dumb, how do we trust them to represent us?

I want to start off by saying Chuck is a great guy, but I'm extremely disappointed and not impressed with their services. In our initial visit it was discussed how my mom was dropped in a local hospital and passed shortly thereafter. He did mention it would be difficult to prove that her death was caused due to the fall because of her pre existing illness, but it was obvious due to the pictures when being dropped she had major head trauma.
