Should be ashamed of the way you handle your practice. After the letter I saw you sent to a friend I’ll be sure other patients find elsewhere to go. Disgusting the discrimination
Please be careful and aware when deciding to use this office. Since day 1 this place is full of surprises. The overall price and things that are included in the price are now unable to be completed. The staff is inconsiderate, especially the office manager(Patty). She’s unable to deal with stress and talks over top of you when explaining things. She becomes very emotional if you ask questions. My son had to have 5 teeth extracted. I paid to have him sedated so that he wouldnt be traumatized only for him to be awake through it all. He asked me why they tortured him and remembers every detail. Now I understand why they won't allow parents in the room. NEVER again!
Update: The office manager called me yesterday to apologize for our bad experience and thank me for leaving the review because, as he said, it’s the only way they can improve. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Obviously there are people at that practice who know how to talk to kids and adults. I’d just stay away from Dr. Carl if you have a sensitive kid. I need recommendations for a pediatric dentist who knows how to work with very anxious/sensitive kids. WARNING! BE AWARE!!! These people are horrible and do not know how to deal with those who are afraid of dentists. They will set up appointments for 2 weeks out then call the day before your appointment and tell you that Art Mourino, DDS, MS, MSD does not feel comfortable taking you in and that they have a contact list of referrals for other dentists who can be of more help.
