Just wanted to share with everyone how absolutely horrible this practice is with working with families. I am a single mom with three kids (2 with special needs). One of those special needs children had an appointment for some dental work at the OR on a Thursday. The Friday before one of my other kids and myself were very ill and my daughter that had the appointment was having a lot of trouble with her anxiety so an emergency appointment was set up for that. RecommendedMy daughters first dentist experience went great! The staff was so patient and comforting with my 15 month old. I have two daughters, a 15 month old and a 1 month old. My hands are definitely full with one wanting to be held the whole time and the other running around trying to be independent! The staff never hesitated to help me in any way they could. RecommendedMy daughter had a great first-ever dentist experience here. Loved the stickers, balloons, and fun ways the dentist and tech made her feel calm and relaxed. When we were in the car after, I asked her how it was and she said, “Good!” She wants to go back!!!
RecommendedEveryone at this practice is so friendly, patient, and fun. They are always on time and efficient, but never seem rushed. My 4 yr old son is very outgoing and curious. They match his energy and excitement and keep him engaged. He loves his balloon sword fights with Dr. Amanda after his exam. For my unsure 19 mo old daughter, they were equally patient and gentle as she warmed up. Everybody left happy.
RecommendedConvenient and quick, I can make an appointment for all three of my kids at the same time, and be seen by friendly, professional and happy dental assistants, and a wonderful dentist. Our most recent appointment took less than forty five minutes and all three of my kids (aged 2, 5 and 11) were seen, cleaned, x-rayed, and examined. I love going to this dentist for my kids. I absolutely recommend them if you want a friendly and professional dentist that will work with your childrens individual needs.
My child has special needs and going to the dentist is extremely hard for him. We have been going to this practice (Dr. Chris) for many years and they are excellent. Every single person on this staff cares about the patients and the parents.
