After shopping around with other plumbing companies I decided to go with Richmond plumbing and I am glad that we did and highly recommend them. They were the only company that didn't overcharged their services and were very honest, professional and efficient. The only company I will recommend to my family and friends. My furnace crapped out and I had no heat in the house. I received several quotes from several different plumbers, but Richmond Plumbing and Heating was the lowest. Many others said they would call me with and estimate and if I agreed they would be out in 2 to 3 days. Not Richmond Plumbing, they came out the next morning and the guys were fantastic. overpriced, not returning calls – $345 - that's how much it costs to replace a zone valve. 1 hour of work and $50 valve. Called Richmond Plumbing few times to get a breakdown on their bill, only to be told that manager will call me back. Still waiting for the call
