Victor came to my home and performed a drain cleaning. He was very polite and funny when he said the enzyme cleaner I was using was a great DIY try (yeah right) thank you! Will be referring to my circle!
I had my A/C and heating system serviced on Wednesday, August 6th. 2023 by Anthony D. He did an excellent job and cleaned up. When he checked the humidifier he advised me to order filters for it. He gave me all the information and told me to call the office when I have them an he would come back and install it. I called the office and he came the next day and installed it and set it up for the winter. I really appreciate the job he does and how he explains everything. Excellent and professional plumbers, good quality of work, but overpriced.
Richmond Plumbing was here to replace our 13 yr old boiler and hot water heater. The boiler stopped working in the middle of the night on Friday when it was 33 degrees outside. We called Saturday morning and someone was here to try and help that afternoon. First thing Monday the owner was here, reassessed the situation and worked with us to replace both items. After we discussed all of our options, he ordered replacements immediately and made sure his crew was here first thing Tuesday to do the work. The job would take two d... read more
