The company and these wonderful technicians corrected a problem that occurred from a total bathroom renovation earlier. The results were fantastic and beyond expectations. I have used RCP many times and most in an emergency. I can honestly say they are one of the few companies I’ve dealt with are 💯 honest and reliable. They call back when the say they will. They come when they say they will. And most importantly, they fix what they say they will. As long as I’m on Staten Island, I will use them for all my plumbing needs.
My ejector pump needed to be replaced. Chuck and Jesse were not only fast at their craft, but courteous and friendly and cleaned up after a tough job. Professional, courteous and neat. Joe D. and Zach put in a new kitchen faucet today for me. It wasn't an easy job because off the configuration of the sink, but they found a way.
I would highly recommend thus company, fast response and highly professional plumbers.
Big shout out to Anthony, Randy and crew for coming to the rescue! Had a new heat and hot water unit installed. They were reasonable, timely, neat, and nice. Who could ask for anything more.
Richmond Plumbing understood my needs to inspect a Boiler and to get a Building Dept approval asap. Everything was smooth until the Pandemic hit and stopped everything. Carrie was great on keeping me informed of the process. She was very patient with me and calmed me down. I will definitely use Richmond Plumbing and recommend them highly.

They arrived on the day we called, spent a solid two hours trying to unplug our kitchen sink pipes, would not give up - and succeeded. They were professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and charged a reasonable price for excellent work. We are very pleased and will definitely call on them again if we need a plumber.
