My PCP was unavailable and recommended I see a partner. Dr. Wilburn was available. He was very thorough, took his time, and very interested in my health.
I switched to Dr. Winburn from another PCP after dealing with some health concerns, which have now mostly resolved or manageable. From the start, he genuinely listens to understand…no matter how vague symptoms may sound. I never feel dismissed for whatever concerns I have had. And, with all the resources available within the BR Clinic…referrals, labs, X-rays, etc….very convenient.
I recently was seen by another physician with a different specialty. Dr Winburn was very attentive and thorough. Whether my test results were expedited or not I received them within a day. He put me on the path with a specialist. When I made my appointment with this specialist it was set for 3 months out. Without me saying a word, I received a call from this specialist’ office and I was first up for someone’s cancellation. Within a week I’m in. I will definitely be following up with Dr Winburn.
We discussed things about what going on in my age group made some good points in words that I understand good manners and a pleasant visit
Dr Winburn always takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. Fast turnaround in getting results from tests he ordered. Would highly recommend him.
