Placed order by phone; no problem except I would have liked to have had the shipping costs quoted when I place the order. Shipment arrived in a few days just as ordered; shipping costs were reasonable. Good experience.

When I called and asked about the material that I inquired about the person that answered new exactly what I was asking for and sent our cable right out and we received it with-in 2 working days !!!!
