I was so impressed that the salesperson not only explained all the different levels of purchase, but he actually listened to what I needed and suggested a better purchasing strategy to save me more money! Rigging Warehouse is now one of my exclusive vendors for the items I need for my Large Animal Rescue Equipment business!
Customer support is responsive and order fulfillment was very prompt. It would be better to have more if a choice when coming to shipping options. "Best way" can mean different things to different customers.
