We liked you guys a lot! Richard is great analyzer and very organized. We (wife & myself) liked him very much, gave all the answers took all the questions. James is the best. Larry the sales rep, gave us a great presentation on installing a new furnace and AC system in a professional manner. My grandmother has been being shuffled around by right now for 4 years over a unit with a restricted return air flow that has been over taxing the unit for years and she has had numerous service techs over her house and they didn't have the HVAC knowledge to diagnose the problem. Steven came out and fixed the problem and got my family heat! :) He hooked up space heaters while he was working so we could get warm!
