We have lived in 4 states and had storage numerous times. The staff at this facility is far superior to anything we have previously experienced. They are professional and extremely pleasant to interact with - couldn't ask for more.

I've been here since 2010 and have never regretted using their free truck offer to move in! First of all, my garage looks awesome. No Christmas trees or decorations stored overhead or in corners! Secontly, my kids have come home and moved out numerously during the pandemic and the extra space has made that fluid environment a non event. The team and facility at Fletcher Heights is outstanding. The team is always available and helpful. The facility is always clean and the carts are always available. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage needs. The team is fantastic.
I appreciate how helpful the employees are at the Fletcher Heights storage unit. We were extremely satisfied with the assistant manager when we needed a second unit, and she was able to get us into a unit just across the driveway from our existing unit.
