Once again we are renting at this facility because we love the pleasant service we get from Bill. New name, same great service. I totally recommend this facility for your storage needs.
This place is awesome. While I dealing with my mom’s sickness And putting your stuff in the storage I had to deal with donating a lot of things During this time my daughter passes away Got a couple of months later my mom passes away So through almost a year of jumping back n forth and Downsizing units and then adding another one in upsizing another one they did everything In there power I needed. Well I was happy with them until today! I gave a 30 days notice on 6/9/23 to be out by 7/9/23! Went in and signed the paper since I don’t have a printer! Had to go twice since they were at lunch! My house closed on 7/5/23 so I couldn’t be out by 7/1/23…Which I explained and was I told you only need 10 days! My bill for July was suppose to be prorated! Told me, showed me, reviewed and tested.
While trying to find the size unit I needed, the office manager bent over backwards to help. The unit I wanted was not available so she called other storage facilities in the area on my behalf to see if we could find the right size in the end I chose to go with a bigger size unit and stay at this facility. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
Perform your Due Diligence re theft and vandalism before renting here. Placed my RV in this storage a few weeks ago. Suffered vandalism right off the bat. The activity of theft and criminal damage revealed in the police incident search was not disclosed when signing the rental agreement.
Nice facility but they continue to raise their prices. Two price increases in one year. Pricing me out of what is affordable anymore. Will be finding a new home for our trailer.
