The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Robin, the manager, is so nice and helpful while inquiring about a unit and signing your contract but turns unhelpful and rude the minute you actually need some sort of service. An example occurred when I was late with payment and charged $30, which is fine but the following month I needed in my storage unit on a Sunday evening and they forgot to take the lock off from the month before (they put a lock on when you are late with payment).
