I cannot say enough about our experience with Aware Self Storage. We had to travel an hour away and were not going to make it to get a new unit. Under the circumstances we decided to cancel and go closer to home since we had a packed Uhaul. Bud (the facility manager), said no problem, and actually stayed after hours to help us out. Wow! I just changed storage from a place on Lincoln (filthy) to here (wonderful). Sharon and Bud have been super helpful. The places is clean and nice and well run. I feel like my stuff is much safer here. And cleaner, the last place coated my stuff in rail dust. Aware is far from the rail with beautiful views of the hills and mountains. In case your stuff likes nice views.

First this service was AMAZING the customer service is top shelf. The place is clean and secure I was show ed a unit sand the paperwork was quick. I also took advantage of the special this saved me money. Aware self storage is the place to come for all of your storage needs.

Sharon was great at giving out the necessary information regarding the rental. We were able to view the size of the unit prior to renting. So far everything has gone well.

This is the second time I'm renting a unit with them. Sharon and Bud are knowledgeable and personable. Like others have said, it's a clean and well-kept facility - no evidence of rodents or spiders ever, the price is appropriate, and the gate hours make for easy access to your unit, every day, and into most evenings. I highly recommend this location.

I recently used the services of Aware Self Storage in Banning. Upon my first call, I spoke to "Bud" over the phone to check availability. Bud was very professional and nice over the phone. I wasn't sure of the storage shed size and Bud told me that I could look at the units when I arrived which took some pressure off me as far as making a decision over the phone. I want to start out by saying Sharon is amazing!!! She is always polite, professional, and understanding!! She always has a positive attitude and the sweetest heart!! Folks, if you're going to store your belongings anywhere it should here at this specific location!!! I promise they will be well taken care of and watched carefully!! I have used a few differant Self Storage places before. I have to say that Aware Self Storage in Banning has been the best. Cutomer Service has been great. Always Nice and friendly. The grounds are well kept and Security of the Complex is great. Five Stars from me. Thanks

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Sharon and Bud are wonderful. They are very informative, super friendly, and accommodating. The facilities are very clean and well kept as well. I highly recommend this storage facility. Thank you Sharon & Bud.
