My experience was wonderful. I was helped by Lauren and Ken. Lauren was very knowledgeable about all the processes for renting a unit. I got to view the unit and got a lock as well. Lauren sent me the paperwork which I messed up. Ken was so nice to help me with my dilemma. But I still missed some things and had to call Lauren a couple of times. Every time she answers the phone she is so nice. .She helped me figure it out and I was good to go.

Great employees! Very fast, friendly, and responsive! Our mattress did get destroyed but boo us for not getting insurance! Wonderful business!
First time I have rented a storage unit. The person who went over everything was great.
Everyone here is VERY helpful. I know that they take care of their customers. I got a call after a regular security check to confirm that I was finished with my space. Just from the way the wiman spoke to me clearly demonstrated her care and dedication to their service and business. I would whole heartedly recommend for when you need storage.

I originally had a great experience with right space till they got bought by this new company. They got bought out while I was overseas, they doubled the cost of the storage, and refused to put a military discount on my new lease. I got completely taken advantage by this company and their response to me was sucks. Even after I got home, they told me I could put all my stuff into a different storage unit to save money for the last two months I was going to be there but they would were going to keep my original storage unit 10... read more

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. Bad odors, dirty, bugs, rude office employees, they don't keep the inside units clean and sanitary. All they care about is collecting money every month and not providing good services or responsibility for their actions. Don't go there.
