If I could leave less than one star I would. When we started just a little over a year ago are the storage unit rental fee was about $150. It is doubled in that amount of time. They never ever answer their phone. I've been trying to call them to find out how I can go about canceling my unit. And whenever I go in there never there. It just says that they're out on the property and to call the phone number. I have left over 20 voicemails and they never respond. I had rented two 30 by 10 storages for many years I had a problem recently but in the 6 years renting from them I have paid late before probably 10 times and every time I told them "I will be in to pay every time" and so it did... I went in to pay this last week and they informed me that they have auctioned off all my stuff in both storages... These people are TERRIBLE!!!!! AFTER PAYING OUT OVER 30K TO THEM THEY DO THIS????? JUST A BUNCH OF SCUMBAGS...

So the staff is nice and the space is fair although the unit does not seal so well and after a while there is a lot of dust. The keypad to exit the premises does not work well. Some of the keys don't work well so unless you press incredibly hard you won't be able to get out. The emergency number is useless because no one ever answers. Creating an account online is a pain because even if you follow the directions it won't create it for you. For example one of the fields requires either the gate number or your phone number.... read more

They get 1 star but should be a negative stars for the worst customer service around not only did they bait & switch my payments which started at 100 a month to $220 a month but they do everything they can to take your stuff & aution it ! After 4 years of paying max rate 220 a month they wouldnt wait 4 days for me to pay them & autioned everything i own sinse i was a little kid about 10 -15,000 dollars worth of stuff in colectables furniture art work & my hobbies & tools ! I believe that they are in cahoots with the aution ... read more

I recommend checking this twice before considering to take this place. I was only 2 days into a new month still in storage and got charged a whole f$&@ month $32 !!! NO Proration!!! And in the begin I had to pay a $20 Administration Fee, wtf. And reserved a $19.95 truck 1 BR Apartment and just saw they charged me $29.95! !!! Big rip offs !!!

If no stars was an option, this place would definately get zero from me. Employees are rude when you call to pay bill, not to mention that they always are coming in after my spouse and I, acting like they're checking that it's really us, when they know the vehicles we drive and they know who we are when we code in upon entry.... Oh yeah prices go up all the time, and half the time they are to clueless to be able to explain the increase of cost on your bill..... Don't bother getting a storage unit here.

If I could leave no stars I would. Management here is horrible. Especially the older lady. There has been a couple incendents with them the latest one I was at my unit one day and they called the police and said someone is digging in a storage unit so then the police show up and tear apart my car and some of my storage unit. Just a big inconvenience as I had to put my car back together and pick everything up in my storage unit. The people there know who I am I have been renting the unit for over 2 years now.
