You all did great! Sheena Cloutier was very helpful to me and showed me where my storage was located plus my code to get thru the gate. I'm glad you can drive to the 1st floor so I don't have to use an elevator. She said they don't have 2nd floors. Before I went to you I went to 2 different storage companies and they didn't have any storages on the 1st floor. I'm so happy that you are very close to where I live too.

I left my stuff here a year. I was told they check locks daily. I came to take my stuff out. I am missing two TV's, two dj music pa systems over $1000 each system, a brand new $500 comforter set from Macy's, brand new crystal decanters from macys and I'm still discovering stuff missing as I unpack!!! It looks like someone went thru my stuff and went shopping!!!! They didn't know the lock was broken. There's no cameras either. I was told they had cameras when I rented.
