I had completed the rental agreement online. Rightspace sent me an email congratulating me on using a Rightspace storage unit. It also included my gate access code. After loading my 12' trailer with furniture and getting a helper to unload, the gate access code did not work to get me into the facility and get to to my assigned storage unit. There was clear instructions on the keypad. I tried several times and got a message on the display "access denied". I had my helper try, too, and it didn't work.
