Storage units are fine, but they can increase the rent whenever they want, by whatever amount they want, and as often as they want. They increased my rent by 25% after the first month. Bait and switch? so if you're good with that, then this is your place..

I don't know who these people are talking about. My experience with rv storage terrible. Never answers phone or emails, doesn't call back. My unit without electricity for almost a month so couldn't charge rv, multiple calls still not fixed no return calls so finally left and went to rattlesnake rv storage. Much better and $35 cheaper for larger space. People there great! People here suck.

We rented a climate-controlled space there for over two years, going through three or so rate increases. Always paid our bill (autodebiting a credit card). Our move-out plans were not set in stone, but turned out that we could actually move out of the unit on the weekend of Oct 2-3. However, because I didn't inform them by Sep 30 that we were moving out, they charged me the full amount for Oct, $342. We were out by Sun night, Oct 3. They raised my rent w/o even notifying me & did not give me a receipt for this particular month either. I noticed the additional charge on my account & called Travis who was rude & unapologetic about it. I've been waiting for over a week for a supervisor to call me.

Beware. They do not rebate any rent if you move out early. Otherwise, place is safe and clean. Thanks

When Dee Marsh and her team were managing this place (formerly Lock Tite) - it was the best customer service in town. Dee and the Locktite team were extremely community minded and were very present and involved in the Dripping Springs community. Locktite storage and their staff were the first to jump in to help our neighbors in need. Locktite also provided storage for several of our local nonprofits that serve our amazing Dripping Springs community. They were a blessing and shining light in DDISD.
