I've had my storage units here for over 3 years and I don't think I would ever go anywhere else. There are plenty of size options and availability, at least when I moved in. The prices are good, trust me I called every storage facility in the area to compare. The hours are good and they are only closed on major holidays. The lady at the front is not very welcoming, but she does what is needed and is always there to answer any questions. Juan was extremely friendly and accommodating! Not only is this location convenient, they were considerably cheaper on rates than their competitors!!
I didn't reserve or make an appointment for a unit. I showed up last minute and luckily they were able to accommodate me. The prices are very reasonable and they have many different storage sizes to choose from. Juan is the nicest guy you'll ever meet! Welcomes you right away and has such a nice personality and really cares about his customers. Yolanda is very nice as well and gave me a good deal on my unit. I will definitely use them again when I'm in need of storage!

Absolute garbage of a storage center, raising monthly rates so they can "upgrade", what a bunch of crap, staff is a joke, they claim they don't know corporate number, bunch of liars work for this company. If I were you, I would stay FAR away from this place. Big Time Joke.
Terrible customer service and security. My storage unit was broken into by someone who had a code to get into this supposed secured and monitored facility. I was told by the manager that there was footage of the vehicle that broke into the storage units that night. That's right, I said UNITS. Apparently the security at this place is so lackluster that the criminals had time to break into multiple units. The customer service and competitive pricing was good at first. The next thing I knew my rates went up 20 bucks a month and the only way to resolve the issue is to come back over there with movers to change my storage to smaller unit. What a huge inconvience!!
