My experience with StorAmerica Staff was very professional and friendly-oriented. They made me feel comfortable and satisfied my needs during my transfer from one unit to another. Also, they were instrumental in helping me to make my situation a better fit during this unforeseen time. I feel safe and secure working with Tony, and Sergio. There was another Staff member that I met who was just as professional and accommodating. I believe his name was Jeremy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.Ā
Who are the young man by the name of Sergio I believe he went above and beyond to help me I was kind of stressed out day and he was very patient and courteous and I do believe that he is a prime example of what customer serviceĀ
Tony staff at location always takes care of me, he is professional,knows you,address you. The facility is always clean,even when busy . I have rented their even in 2008 . Im in real estate so its good to have a place to recommend.Ā
