This facility is amazing! The property is very well maintained and well lit. The Staff is always attentive to detail. I sincerely and easily recommend it.

My experience here with southern Storage has been nothing but terrific. I have rented out other storage locations in Phoenix and I would rarely see the manager at the other location. Whereas here I see Brad and Sandra consistently checking on the grounds and surrounding areas keeping things, tidy and neat. Plus, I appreciate the kindness and caring the exhibit whenever I see them. Highly recommend this place!!

Mr. Shock is fantastic!! He is professional, keeps the grounds very clean and well kept, and has excellent customer service skills. I have had to use other storage facilities. Mr. Shock’s location is the only one I will recommend now!! He is a great face for your location!! He deserves a raise for all he does and what great service he provides!!

The many years that I needed a storage unit I had a pleasant experience. I just drove up loaded and unloaded. Other places that I rented from Only had spaces in buildings that had elevators which were not convenient. Great hours! Great Manager Bradley!
