We stored our brand new airstream at Right Space on menchaca. While it was more expensive than other places we liked the location and "thought" it seemed secure. During the second month of storage someone ripped the towing camera off our airstream and damaged our trailer in the process. We now have a hole in our trailer along with scratching and other damage. Rented online. Told I'd be called with access code and unit number. My card has been charged but no information was sent over 24 hours ago. Have been trying to reach someone for several days. Drove there 3 times and no one is in the office. I need a call back ASAP. Not confident about my choice to rent here.
Do not use this storage space. 1) Homeless people live here and have created a cockroach infestation. 2) They cost me $150 because of a software problem that resulted in their gate not working. Despite me making advance arrangements, I sat outside a locked facility with movers on the clock. They admitted the software mistake was their fault, but refuse to compensate me at all for the costs.
