The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond what was expected of him. Very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer my questions. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking for help because of his expertise and good attitude.

The young man in the office, (didn't give me his name) was unbelievable rude! When I asked about the rate increase, he insinuated I couldn't afford the rent and suggested I move out before the due date. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. I won't be back nor will I ever recommend your company to anyone.
At some point the storage room late to my boxes got wet. The seal on the door was faulty and dirt constantly blew in the storage room. I did clean it out and left in good condition but yet Southern would not give me my deposit back that I had paid to A Key. I just feel like this was unfair to an elderly person on Social Security and I leave the unit very unhappyWith this policy
