We were helping out a friend whom had moved away and she needed to empty the unit. The staff at this Hesperia location have been so helpful and courteous through the years she had utilized the unit. When we went to access the unit, the property manager was professional and helped to access the storage unit. He went above and beyond to help us out in helping our friend. You don't see that value these days working with someone you can trust. Definitely recommend and would use this storage facility.

I had the best experience not only is the place very clean but the young lady crasandra is very knowledgeable answered all my questions she is very professional and so kind! I absolutely recommend this particular storage facility. It's a comforting feeling knowing my belongings are in a safe facility.
Great service awesome people and clean and secure facility 10/10 recommend The ladies there are great and they make sure that your belongings are taken care of. They go above and beyond!
If I could give more stars I would for sure, fast, Friendly and very reliable. Clean facility for sure. I use multiple storages from San Diego,San Bernardino, Los Angeles ,orange county. so in my experience this is a great facility to store your contents. I could not say enough about patty and Jim for all the great help they provided for us to get the storage we needed . You guys are great and will be using you're location for my jobs in this area... i definitely do and will recommended you guys thank you...
I was here because I purchased a couple of storage units via online auction. I was greeted with a smile by a "Marchea". She helped us thru the process and was very professional in the process. She seemed very knowledgeable and made things very easy for us. As Marchea took lunch, "Nikki", her manager helped us thru the process with the other unit. Her was help as exceptional as Marchea.
