“Cancelation policy profits off of Covid 19 Crisis” Don’t book here! I gave a 10 day notice and the owner Analisa just lied to my bank and me by saying I cancelled the day of reservation. see email Attached for 8/29/2020 the date I actually canceled . They charged in full almost $700 when I had to finish quarantining and my kids school went back to in person. Greedy since they were able to rebook the same cabin within those 10 days . RecommendedMy family and I stayed at the Rio Bella Resort last weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased. The views from our cabin were amazing and everything inside the cabin was so carefully thought out to meet our needs. Access to the river was literally a few steps away. We loved all the hammocks laid out throughout the property for us to enjoy. The kids loved the waterfall area so much we walked down there 3 times in one day. It was a perfect getaway for everyone. We will definitely be back!
RecommendedRio Bella is hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed.. We stayed in the Medina and our view was incredible. The kitchen was very nice with great appliances. The beds are so comfortable and nice bedding. The river is crystal clear and we loved all the options of seating to enjoy the views, hammocks, lounge chairs right on the river. We plan to bring our family back for a summer vacation.
RecommendedAbsolutely beautiful. Private, quiet, charming! Everyone in the office is so accommodating and so helpful. I’ve gone to Con Can 52 years. Still love it there, but Rio Bella is the most gorgeous place on the Frio that I’ve seen!!! Highly recommended. Stay as long as you can 💗
