Better customer service representative in front lobby
I’m not sure where to start. The interaction was really awkward, made me feel so uncomfortable from the beginning . Yes I am pregnant and understand that might of complicated it things a bit. However, that shouldn’t be an issue for her to be able to do a good job. It was just sloppy, the wax was extremely hot burned me. She didn’t clean the left over wax after she was done the way it has usually has been done in the past at your business.
